Entry-Level Production Worker

ASSEMBLERS 
10 people for 1st shift: (6 am -- 2:30 pm) 
Requirements: Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools and tape measure. Working well with others, following instructions, and being capable of lifting 50 lbs. also required. TRAINING PROVIDED

SHEET METAL 
1 person for day shift (6 am -- 2:30 pm)
2 people for 2nd shift (2:30 pm -- 11 pm)
Requirements: You must be able to work with fabrication machinery, use a tape measure, work well with others and follow instructions. You must also be capable of lifting 40 lbs. TRAINING PROVIDED

PAINT SHOP WORKERS 
2 people for 1st shift (6 am -- 2:30 pm)
Requirements: You must be willing to learn the paint system, able to work well with others and follow instructions. You must also be capable of lifting 40 lbs. TRAINING PROVIDED
 
ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLERS
Job Duties
• Complete the assembly of large and complex electrical equipment, including bus bar, electrical components, and wiring.
• Work with medium and low-voltage equipment and components.
• Design and run wire routes.
• Solder connections.
• Preassemble electrical components.
• Design and fabricate basic bus bar.
• Complete quality checks of produced parts.
• Enter data into computer system.

Job Requirements:

Requirements
• Read and understand electrical drawing or schematic (1-line, 3-line, point-to-point)
• Read and understand a bill of material (BOM)
• Use basic hand tools, electrical, and test devices (e.g., meters, sensors, tape measure)
• Good vision, able to read small print
• Must not be color blind
• Must have basic computer skills
• Stand for long periods of time
• Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
• Able to reach, bend, squat
• Wear required PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves)
• Work in factory environment
